Red Star Kandyan policies allow check-in from 12:00 PM until 11:00 PM, while check-out runs from 5:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Children of all ages are welcome, and there is no minimum age requirement for check-in. Cots or extra beds cannot be added to a room, so the existing bedding must suit everyone on the reservation. Pets are not allowed. The property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Cancellation and prepayment conditions depend on the selected accommodation and rate. Some published rates require payment before arrival, so the exact reservation terms should be checked together with the included amenities before booking.
